Yoni steaming, also known as vaginal steam is an alternative health treatment sits steaming water containing herbs. This has been practiced in Africa, West Indies, Asia, and Central America. HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU STEAM: Two to three times a month for over all self care regime. For women suffering from pms and other menstrual problems 2-3 a week within the week before menstruation. Women who are experiencing fertility challenges, once per week, and twice during pre ovulation. (for 3 months for optimal results)
For postpartum, three times a week for four weeks to aid in healing and tightening.
